Was born in November 11, 1983 in Sumy (Ukraine).

In 2006 graduated from Sumy National Agrarian University and received a full higher education in the specialty “Management of foreign economic activity” and obtained a Master’s Degree in Foreign Economic Activity’s Management. She received an honors degree (Diploma: СМ № 29905784 from 16.06.2006).

In 2017 she graduated and received a full higher education in the specialty “Law” and obtained a Master’s Degree in Law. She received an honors degree (Diploma: М 17 № 049819).

From April to October 2005, completed the internship in the United Kingdom (supervisor, team building manager and HR manager at “Haygrove” Ltd, Ledbury).

From June 2006 till November 2006 worked as a Deputy Director at the Private Enterprise Audit Firm “Zeus” before enrolling for postgraduate studies at SNAU (certificate of completion of postgraduate studies A № 77 from 16.11.2009)

In 2009 was awarded the title of “Graduate Student of 2009 Year” Sumy National Agrarian University for the largest number of scientific publications in the researched field of dissertation and participation in international conferences.

In December 2009 successfully defended the dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences on the topic: “Development of foreign investment of agricultural enterprises in market conditions” (specialty 08.00.04). The degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences was awarded on April 14, 2010 by the decision of the Presidium of the High Attestation Commission (Minutes № 65-06 / 3; Diploma of Candidate of Sciences DK № 057949).

In 2010 received the scholarship as the Laureate of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Award for the most talented young scientist in the field of basic and applied research, scientific and technical development (Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of December 23, 2010 № 2876-VI).

From 2010 till 2013 worked as the Executive Secretary of the series “Economics and Management” of the scientific and methodological journal “Bulletin of Sumy NAU” (included in the database Index Copernicus). Since September 2016 till 2017 – the part-time senior researcher of the research part of SNAU.

From September 2010 – till August 2017 – Associate Professor of the Chair of Management of FEA and European Integration of SNAU.

In 2015 received the title of Associate Professor of the Chair of Management of Foreign Economic Activity and European Integration of SNAU (certificate of associate professor 12 DC № 045375)

On February 22, 2018, decision № 355/2 of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine on the basis of the Law of Ukraine “On Auditing” awarded the qualification of auditor (auditor’s certificate № 007603).

Since 2017 she is a co-executor of the project for young scientists of Ukraine.

Since August 2017 to the present time – Associate Professor of International Relations Chair of SNAU.

Since March 2018 to the present time also worked as the practitioner auditor of PE AF “Zeus” (Order 5k from 03/14/2018)

In 2020 became the Laureate of the II National Prize “The Best Ukrainian in the profession 2020” in the nomination “Tutor” for high achievements in professional activities, active public position and impeccable conscientious work (diploma).

In 2017, received the Certificate of Proficiency in English IELTS (Certificate B2, № 000333302, Kyiv) (88 points out of 100).

June 16-18, 2022 the member of the Ukrainian delegation to the (FVE) General Assembly in London (on legal issues related to the adaptation of national legislation to EU requirements)

The results of the research conducted by Nataliia Klietsova are published in more than 180 scientific papers, including: scientific articles in Scopus, WoS, Index Copernicus International, monographs, abstracts.

The basic disciplines: International and Comparative Labour Law (in English), General Theory of Law (in English), Public Speaking in Diplomatic and International Spheres (in English), International Protection of Human Rights and the Case Law of the European Court of Human Rights (in English), Commercial law (in English).

Field of research: legal and economic approaches of international experience in human resources management in the context of digitalization, migration and employment under conditions of war and Covid-19, international labour law, public speaking in company law, migration processes, human rights to work, case law of the European Court of Human Rights, entrepreneurial activity, staff management in the enterprises as well as in any institutions, improvement of the veterinarian legislation to the EU demands.

Mentoring activity:

2021 coaching of the student who took the first place and became the winner at the II stage of the Ukrainian Competition of Students’ scientific works Shyshlevska Polina Ruslanovna on the specialty “International Law” on the topic “The future of freelance: international experience and ways to implement it in Ukraine”.

2021-2022: Coach of the International Law Students Team from SNAU, which participated the Final offline round and represented Ukraine offline in Strasbourg in «European human rights moot court competitions» by ELSA (May 9-13, 2022, Strasbourg, France).

2009: executor of economic contract issues for the company “Dutch Agrarian Investments” on the topic “Ways to improve the development of enterprises with foreign investment” (DBT №11 / 4).

2010: co-executor of the topic: “Strategic scenarios for the development of foreign economic activity in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine under different conditions of its integration aspirations (EU, CIS, Customs Union)” (DBT №14 / 33).

2017-2019: co-executor of the research and development project financed from the state budget “Institutional support for sustainable development of rural areas in the context of administrative-territorial reform” (state registration: 0117U004254).

2017-2020: project ID 96737 “Improvement of the legislation of Ukraine as to the provision of the protection of the banking in the conditions of European integration: economic and legal aspect” (№ 0117 U 006531).

Participation in international projects: Economics, Social Policies and Citizenship in the European Union – Evidence of V 4 countries and Perspectives for Ukraine” within “the European & Visegrad week(2010), tutor of the Erasmus+ project “Common Europe-Common values” – Polish-Ukrainian-Lithuanian journalistic-ceramic exchange (certificate: Youthpass ID: NU5L-YWU8-ZG6N-PCEN from 31.10.2018), tutor of the second stage of the Ukrainian-Polish project “Polish-Ukrainian Business Play Next Level” within the program of the Polish-Ukrainian Youth Exchange Council, funded by the Ministry of Education of Poland (2019).
