She was born on November 20, 1984 in Bilopillya, Sumy region.
From 2002-2007 she studied at Sumy State Pedagogical University. A.S. Makarenko and received a complete higher education in “Practical Psychology. Pedagogy and methods of secondary education. Language and Literature (English) ”and qualified as a practical psychologist in educational institutions, a teacher of English and foreign literature (diploma of SM SM №32979608).
From 2008-2009 – studied at Sumy State Pedagogical University. A.S. Makarenko and received a full higher education in “Pedagogy of Higher Education” and qualified as a teacher of higher education (master’s degree SM № 34769797).
From 2016-2017 – studied at Sumy National Agrarian University, received a full higher education in “Law” qualified as a lawyer
(diploma of specialist C17 № 060995).
From 2007-2008 – English teacher at SSSH 17.
From 2008-2009 – assistant of the Department of Legal Support of AIC, part-time teacher at the Department of Social Disciplines at the College of Sumy NAU (2008-2009), teacher of intensive English language courses.
From 2017-2018 – a leading specialist of the center for working with foreign students, part-time senior lecturer at the Department of Private and Social Law.
Since 2018 – graduate student of the Department of Administrative and Information Law of Sumy National Agrarian University, senior lecturer at the Department of International Relations.

Direction of scientific research: topical issues of information support of local governments, general legal characteristics of the activities of local governments of Ukraine in the development of the information society. Comparative legal research in the field of local government reform (Ukraine and the European Union).
In 2018, he paid an official visit to the European Court of Human Rights, the Council of Europe (Strasbourg, France).
