Autobiographical information

Born August 2, 1955 in the village Octyabr Belopolsky district of the Sumy region. In 1970 he graduated from the eighth grade Ulyanovsk boarding school . From 1970 to 1974 he studied at the Putivl Pedagogical School after Rudnev, received his degree as a teacher of elementary grades . From 1976-1983 he served in the Soviet Army studying at the All-Union Institute of Law in Moscow , graduating in 1985. After that he worked as a senior forensic technician to prosecutors missile forces of the USSR, the assistant prosecutor.

From 1987 to 1990 he worked as a lawyer of Belopolskiy legal service. From 1990 to 2009 he worked as a judge of Belopolskiy District Court. In 2004 he defended his thesis candidate of legal sciences.

In 2008 he received the academic title of associate professor , working part-time at the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Since 2009 Professor of the Department of Justice SNAU. In 2011 he defended his doctoral thesis on ” Separate proceeding in civil – procedural law of Ukraine: Theory and Practice”. Has a number of research papers on civil and administrative process.

During the 2012 – 2013 – an expert in international Swiss- Ukrainian project in the settlement of labor disputes in order to develop ” a new model of settling labor disputes in Ukraine .”

He is a member of the Specialized Academic Council of the Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
