In 2006 he graduated from the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with a degree in Law.
In 2011, he completed his postgraduate studies at Lviv State University of Internal Affairs.
In 2012 he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law in specialty 12.00.07 – Administrative Law and Process; finance law; information law.
Since 2015 – Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of APC SNAU.
