She was born in Sumy. She studied at the Ternopil Institute of National Economy, majoring in Finance and Credit, the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, majoring in Jurisprudence, as well as at the International Personnel Academy, majoring in Commercial and Labor Law. After graduating from higher education she received diplomas with the qualification of economist, lawyer, master’s degree in law.
Since 1991 she has worked as an accountant in the Department of Accounting and Reporting of Sumy Machine-Building Research and Production Association. M.V. Frunze.
Since 1994 she has been working as a teacher of economic disciplines at Sumy Engineering College.
From 1995 to 2006 she held the position of senior lecturer at the Department of Legal Support of the AIC of Sumy National Agrarian University.
Since 2006 – Associate Professor of Legal Support of AIC, since 2007 – Associate Professor of Administrative and Information Law, Sumy National Agrarian University.
Since 2009 he has been applying for the degree of Candidate of Law of the Department of Administrative and Financial Law of the Kyiv University of Bioresources and Nature Management. In 2012 she defended her dissertation on “Legal regulation of information relations in the field of banking” in the specialized academic council D 17.127.09 in the specialty 12.00.07 – administrative law and process; finance law; information law.
In 2009, Tamara Oleksandrivna published the textbook “Fundamentals of Monetary Law of Ukraine” marked by the Ministry of Education and Science. In 2012, the monograph “Current issues of information relations in the banking sector” was published. THEN. Chernadchuk is a co-author of three textbooks with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science, about a hundred publications in scientific and methodological publications.
From 2009 to 2013 she held the position of Deputy Dean for Research at the Faculty of Law of Sumy National Agrarian University.
In 2013, under the leadership of S.I. Zapara, as a member of the author’s team of the Faculty of Law, conducted research in accordance with the terms of the Agreement for research work at the expense of appropriations aimed at implementing scientific support of the National Mediation and Conciliation Service. Ukraine ”(State registration number 0113U656).
In 2013 she was awarded a diploma of the Department of Education and Science of Sumy region for significant achievements in scientific and methodological work, a significant contribution to the training of specialists, organization and conduct of scientific work among student youth. On February 14, 2014, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Administrative and Information Law.
