Autobiography
He was born on August 11, 1968 in Sumy.
Education: Higher, in 1994 graduated with honors from the Ukrainian State Law Academy (Kharkiv), majoring in Jurisprudence, qualifying as a lawyer.
After graduation he worked at the positions of legal adviser of AT “UBS” and DCT VZHREU-3 in Sumy, as well as a leading arbitrator of the departmental arbitration of Sumy Oblast Consumer Society.
From July 1996 he worked as a judge of the Sumy District Court of Sumy, and from August 2013 to June 2017 he served as a judge of the Sumy Region Court of Appeal.
In 2014 he defended his dissertation on the topic “Legal basis of judicial protection of labor rights of workers” in the specialized academic council of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, specialty 12.00.05 – labor law; social security law and received a PhD in Law.
The area of scientific interest includes the issues of improvement of the mechanism of protection of labor rights of the employee, procedural features of consideration of labor disputes, individual issues of civil law and process.
Member of the Ukrainian Association of Labor Law Professionals since 2012.
