Born on March 17, 1960 in Alchevsk, Luhansk region.
1977-1982 – Studied at the Communal Mining and Metallurgical Institute (now Donbass State Technical University), majoring in Economics and Organization of Construction, qualification “Engineer – Economist”.
1982 – 2001 – economist in Oblavtodor system.
2002 – 2019 – Lecturer of Sumy National Agrarian University.
2010 – 2013 – Sumy National Agrarian University, Candidate of Economic Sciences
September 2013 – defense of the dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in the specialty 08.00.04 – Economics and Management of Enterprises on the topic “Economic principles of evaluation and use of land resources of agricultural enterprises”.
From 2018 – lecturer at the Department of Geodesy and Land Management of SNAU.
