Graduated from the Sumy State Teachers’ Training University named after A. S. Makarenko in 2000, specialty of “History and law”.
2002 graduated from SNAU, specialty “Management of organizations”, specialization of law support in agriculture.
From 2000 till 2001 worked as a teacher of history and psychology at SNAU technical college.
Starting July 2003 – a deputy dean on academic and financial activityof law department.
Starting January 2006 – a senior lecturer of the chair of state and law disciplines.
Starting November 2008 – a senior lecturer of the chair of state and law disciplines and Ukrainian studies.
In February 2012 defended his thesis for the degree of a candidate of judicial sciences at NUBL of Ukraine in Kiev.
Starting 2012 works as a docent of the chair of state and law disciplines and Ukrainian studies.
Starting 2014 works as a docent of the chair of administrative and informational law.
27.07.2017 received the certificate B2 № 000958993.
In 2018, he was awarded the rank of Associate Professor in the Department of Administrative and Information Law.
